Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the confirmation screen.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original G-defy box, ensuring all original tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
